Note about meet fees

Please note that once an athlete commits to a meet, the meet fees become due and payable to the club and can not be reversed and/or refunded unless:

  1. The swimmer cancels prior to WSWSC’s sign-up deadline for the meet, or

  2. If the meet is cancelled by the organizers or our participation in the meet is cancelled due to lack of interest, or

  3. If there is a medical issue, and the athlete meets the hosting club's specific rules for a refund.

 

Date: Friday, December 12 to Sunday, December 14, 2025

Friday & Saturday:

Prelims: Warm-ups: 8:00 AM | Racing: 9:00-1:00

Finals: Warm-ups: 4:00PM | Racing: 5:00-7:00

Sunday:

Prelims: Warm-ups: 8:00 AM | Racing: 9:00-1:00

Finals: Warm-ups: 2:30-3:20PM | Racing: 3:30-5:30

Eligibility: Competitive Focus swimmers

Format: Heats and Finals. Two swims per day + relays in finals on Friday and Saturday

Meet Fees: $125 entry fee per person, which includes the Swim BC Competition Surcharge of $5.00 per swimmer, $5 per relay. Additionally, there is a WSWSC Competition Fee of $55-$75 per swimmer per day (the more swimmers that attend, the lower the competition fee).

*The total per swimmer will likely fall in the range of $115-$135 per day. Refer to the meet package, our detailed explanation of Meet Fees, or talk to the Head Coach if you have questions.

Swim BC Fee competitive upgrade: If you have not already paid the competitive Swim BC fee and your swimmer has already competed in one sanctioned meet this season (September to June), you will be billed for the difference before your swimmer can be entered into the meet.

Sign-up Deadline (N.B. Meet fees become non-refundable at this time): Sunday, November 30, 2025 at 5pm.

N.B. For this meet, we need at least 10 swimmers to sign up in order for the club to attend.

After you RSVP and let Brandi know what days you are planning to attend the meet, she will talk to your swimmer(s) and figure out which events to enter them into.

We are planning to go bowling on either Friday or Saturday, and a Team Meal on the other day. Details TBC.
